Povilas originally trained as a carpenter until he discovered his need to work more with the natural world after becoming a Forester in the Lithuanian countryside.

Povilas moved to the UK and trained in lawn care , and after two years pushed his career towards Horticulture. Paul has a fantastic knowledge for how plants work and takes pride in what he does.

Prior to starting with OJL a year ago, Josh worked in a garden centre which gave him a great grounding in the industry and a kick start to his plant knowledge.

Josh’s passion for nature and a life outdoors has naturally guided him in the direction of horticulture.

Josh works with our North West London garden maintenance team and covers all aspects of horticulture.

Pedro is an absolute pleasure to have working with us, his sense of humour and attitude shines through in his work.

Working in horticulture since a teenager, Pedro’s plant knowledge and attention to detail are apparent in all his work.

Pedro always has a huge smile on his face and spring in his step.

Simon has been working with OJL part time over the last few years and is an integral part of the garden maintenance team.

His dedication and enthusiastic attitude makes him not only a pleasure to work with but also a privilege to have in your garden.

Joe has worked with OJL between his studies since he was 17.

Now 23 & with a BSc in zoology, Joe incorporates his passion for wildlife and the outdoors in his work and you may still see him in your garden.
